Gittleman Management provides construction and remodeling services through our affiliate Gittleman Construction Corporation. Our portfolio includes projects ranging from emergency services to large-scale common space renovations and custom remodeling for individual homeowners. Gittleman Construction works closely with our property management team to guide our clients through initial planning, contract bidding, and final build-out.
Gittleman brings over 30 years of design, planning, and construction experience to the table. We understand the unique needs of our homeowners and community association clients, whether they live in urban high rise condominiums or suburban town home communities. We combine experience with an attention to detail. And we leverage our longstanding relationships with architects, planners, and subcontractors to ensure that each project meets our high standards and serves the interests of the community association and individual homeowner alike.
