They say that experience is the best teacher—and when it comes to Community Association Management, we’d have to agree. We’ve been managing Minnesota homeowner associations since 1980, right about the time the townhome and condominium concept was born.

Today, Gittleman manages more than 200 townhome and condominium associations with 20,000 homes across the Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs. Decades of experience have enabled the company to provide services other association management companies do not, including advice on sensitive community issues, full-time insurance management, and a complete staff of association workers for our properties.

Despite our growth, we have remained small enough to maintain the exceptional, award winning service that has been our hallmark since day one. We hire great people and give them manageable work loads—managers supervise an average of seven community association properties. We view service as a long-term endeavor, providing comprehensive training and guidance for each new association manager.
